AIR FREIGHT CHARGEABLE WEIGHT
International and domestic air freight are different depending on different carriers. But generally speaking the air freight will be counted based on the airfreight chargeable weight and the freight per unit weight. For the air freight service, the airfreight chargeable weight equals to the actual weight if the density is larger than 167 kg/cubic meters, in a reverse, we suppose that its density is 167 kg/cubic meters and calculate its airfreight chargeable weight by timing with its actual volume.
